Mrs Mann is an Accounting and Finance professional in Washington DC. She has worked as senior research officer for the Bank of Namibia. Ms. Mann holds a Masters Degree in Economic Development from Williams College, USA; a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the North, South Africa; and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Namibia.
